The Electric E219 is the smallest of the E-series electric balers with a total height of just 1.8m. Even with this low height, a large door opening of almost 1 meter wide allows for the loading of ample amounts of material at an optimal working height.
The E219 features the same modern control system as all E-Series machines allowing you to activate the cycle and lock the pressing plate in place. The Stay 'n' Hold feature applies constant pressure without any further use of power.
The low height enhances the flexibility of the E219 electric baler making it easy to install in tight/restrictive locations. Despite this, it still maintains the optimal loading height of the E-series range.
The E219 is suitable for cardboard, plastic and other recyclable material. The spindle-driven pressing plate creates dense bales of around 50kg cardboard or 80kg plastic.
Powered by 3-phase electricity, the E219 has a low noise level and can be located in hygiene sensitive areas.
Open the top door and start filling the Electric E219 with your waste material. To activate it, simply close the door, and push the button!
An illuminated button will indicate when the baler is ready to bale out. Open the door, tie the bale and use the automatic bale out feature.
Once the bale out has been completed pull the banding through and tie at the base of the baler in the shown area. Close the door, and you are ready to bale again, and again.
The E219 is housed on legs that allow easy transport on a forklift. A Mil-tek Technician will facilitate the installation, which requires a 3-phase electrical connection.
The large size and convenient height of the E219's door opening make it easy to load material into the chamber. The machine can be started manually via the control panel or be set to automatically start when the door closes.
The spindle rotates, allowing the pressing plate to wind down. This also facilitates locking out the pressing plate (the Stay'n hold feature') without any further use of electricity. The pressing plate has a trapezoid shape to prevent buckling.
Free of hydraulic oil, the E219 runs quietly at 57 dB(A), which is similar or lower than the noise level output of most domestic appliances.
The E219 uses Mil-tek Original 13mm banding, which comes in custom cut 250m rolls designed to suit the machine. If you are at all unsure of what banding you need, just ask your Mil-tek rep.
The banding rolls are housed on top of the machine. Swap one out, and feed the banding through the opening at the top and down the back wall of the chamber. For more detailed instructions, refer to your user manual.
The 'green zone' for loading material into a baler is any height where the average-height user does not need to bend over to use it.
For someone of average height, this means a loading area in between 1m and 1.5m from the ground. Like all Mil-tek machines, the E219 has a door in this optimal area.
The low height and small floorspace footprint of the E219 means that it can be installed in compact locations with limited space such as storerooms or unpacking areas.
The E219 electric baler has a very low operating noise level of below 58 decibels meaning that it can operate in any working environment without interrupting the natural flow or noise level.
Small supermarkets, minimarts, convenience stores and general retailers will find an E219 electric baler especially useful.
The small footprint size and convenient height of the E219 electric baler make it suitable for smaller warehouses and locations that do not already have an existing access to compressed air.
The E219 is powered by 3-phase electricity and free from hydraulics. A wider door opening and optimal loading height mean it can handle medium size boxes as well as bulkier materials like loose plastic to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.
The E219 baler is ideal manufacturers or facilities without a pre-existing source of compressed air.
Powered by 3-phase electricity and free of hydraulics, it operates quietly below 58 decibels. The Model E219 can bale multiple materials, facilitating on-site segregation and reducing the carbon footprint of the facility.
