Mil-tek Original Banding is a high-strength polyester fiber banding used to strap and make bales.
Manufacturing entirely onsite at Mil-tek Denmark, the banding is created by wrapping and glueing 19 individual single-millimetre strands of polyester yarn.
The strands are tightly pressed, stretched and glued together using a synthetic, eco-friendly glue. It has a breaking strength of 775 kp (775kgs of kilogram-force).
For purposes of quality control, all banding production is sampled and stress-tested on a daily basis.
