The A305 is the forth generation of Mil-tek pneumatic balers, featuring cutting-edge pneumatic technology that uses compressed air through the cylinder to press and release the pressing plate.
A double-acting cylinder provides faster pressing cycles and more powerful compaction. Patented ECO-Drive technology applies maximum force during the pressing cycle and holds the pressing plate in position to achieve a denser bale. Compressed air then returns the pressing plate, ready for the next cycle.
The A305 is designed to fit almost any workspace. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for smaller areas, while its pneumatic operation allows it to connect easily to an existing compressed air supply in larger facilities.
This baler produces bales weighing up to 90 kg of cardboard or 165 kg of plastic, and can also be configured to compact a range of other recyclable materials. Adjustable bale sizes allow you to optimise bale dimensions for different materials, available space and handling requirements.
The A305 features an automatic bale ejection system that makes removing finished bales quick, easy and safe.
In accordance with EN16500 safety standards, the operator stands to the side of the machine and uses a two-handed control to release the bale, reducing manual handling and improving safety.
